Abstract

The article examines modern pedagogical approaches to the formation of internal planning competencies among employees of the tourism sector within the framework of advanced training programs. The theoretical foundations of the functions of strategic, tactical and operational planning (Drucker, Mintzberg), as well as competency-based and modular-project teaching methods (Zimnyaya, Kuzmina) are analyzed. Practical tools are described: simulation games, ERP and BI simulators, what-if modeling and case methods. A model for designing programs according to ADDIE with a multi-level assessment of effectiveness according to the Kirkpatrick and ROI methodologies is presented. Prospects for the introduction of AI-adaptive systems and micro-modular training for continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training and increasing the operational efficiency of travel companies are noted.
