Abstract
International financial law is the general name of the legal norms governing international monetary and financial relations. Some scholars point out that international financial law is an independent discipline in the field of modern law. It is not a system consisting of disparate local laws, and it enjoys complete independence. The combination of finance and the international community has created the independence of international financial relations and the specifics of regulatory objects. In recent years, as financial globalization has deepened and expanded, international financial law has also flourished both in terms of content and ef fectiveness.
