Abstract
Currently, one of the most important goals for enterprises and government
organizations is digital transformation. Every company embarks on a digital journey, and its position
on this journey is determined by a digital maturity model. The level of digital maturity indicates how
well a company is equipped to meet customer needs and market demand. In today’s digital world,
the level of digital maturity is essential for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring long-term
growth.
Businesses with a high level of digital maturity are more likely to achieve competitive advantages and
improve various performance indicators such as revenue growth, time-to-market reduction, increased
profitability, improved product quality, and higher customer satisfaction.
At the beginning of the study, the significance of digital transformation for enterprises and business
organizations was analyzed, the concepts of digital maturity and methods for achieving it were defined,
and a schematic path to automation was presented. I developed a methodology based on a theoretical
approach, according to which organizations must strategically and correctly determine their level of
digital maturity and start digitalization with the most critica l areas.
I also proposed and developed models that make it possible to define and design this process.
As part of the study, I selected one organization as an example: its current level of digital maturity
was assessed, and priority areas for further digitalization were identified and evaluated. The developed
methodology is universal and can be applied by any organization of its choice.
