Abstract

The article discusses the development of the “Knowledge Economy” business process for a design and survey organization in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the research is to create a model that ensures effective knowledge management, the integration of digital technologies and the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to adapt to the challenges of the modern economy. The research used methods of system analysis, process modeling, and expert interviews with the staff of the design institute. Key problems were identified, including a shortage of specialists with skills in working with digital tools and the need to create a structured digital knowledge base. The developed business process model includes a practice-oriented educational program based on the use of digital technologies (BIM, additive technologies, project management systems) and career tracks for professional growth, which simultaneously solves the contradiction between fundamental theoretical training and practical orientation. The implementation of this model helps to reduce the cost of training, professional development of employees and accelerate their adaptation to the professional environment. The knowledge base, which includes standard design solutions, case studies, and error analysis, helps minimize risks and preserve the organization’s unique experience. The implementation of the proposed business process helps to increase the competitiveness of design and survey organizations and their ability to innovate in the context of digital transformation.
