Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of enterprise resource management in the field of intellectual services, where human capital is a key asset. The paper considers the use of a resource-based approach that ensures the effective identification, assessment and development of intangible resources such as knowledge, competencies, technology and reputation. Special attention is paid to the issues of assessing the effectiveness of resource use, developing a system of key indicators and strategic management of personnel competencies. In the context of digital transformation, the emphasis is on the integration of resources, innovation and the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage, which contributes to improving the quality of services provided and the long-term stability of enterprises.
