Abstract

The article examines the specifics of functioning of investment and construction holdings in conditions of economic instability using the example of the Russian economy. The consequences of the crises of 1998, 2008, 2014, 2020 and 2022 for the construction industry, in particular in the residential real estate segment, are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the use of scenario planning as a key tool for adaptation and strategic management.
