Abstract
This article examines the adaptation policy for labor migrants in enterprises of the Russian Federation. Within the scope of this work, special emphasis is placed on ensuring the economic security of organizations in the context of a transforming labor market and the need to attract foreign employees. The analysis of the structure of labor migrants in dynamics is conducted, risks and problems of social adaptation of labor migrants are identified, and practice-oriented tools are proposed to facilitate the integration of foreigners into work teams.
