Abstract
This article will discuss issues related to conducting internal financial audit and control of
those organizations that operate in the public sector. The socio-economic situation in the country requires an
increase in the volume of budget funds. Such funds are used to solve important problems of national importance.
In this case, internal mechanisms can be used to exercise control. They will monitor how effectively
budget funds are used, whether they are used purposefully or not.
The results obtained during the analytical studies show that there are many shortcomings associated with
the organization, as well as with the audit process.
This article discusses the system that is used to conduct auditing and control. This will make it possible
to analyze the results, analyze statistical data, and analyze existing documents.
This study is based on data obtained by the Federal Treasury. Also during the work, regulatory legal acts
and acts of executive authorities that consider issues related to financial audits were examined.
The study made it possible to formulate a provision that can be used by a company to improve the system
used in the public sector during financial audit and control.
