THE MAIN METHODS OF RISK ANALYSIS IN BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Abstract

The article examines deterministic and probabilistic approaches to risks, on the basis of which the following main methods of risk analysis in business structures are identified: the method of preliminary analysis of risks and hazards, the method of analyzing failure modes in production and their consequences, the method of risk analysis based on static systems, the method of building a flowchart of success, the tree of causes method, the method of constructing a tree of consequences, Markov graphs, Petri nets, the method of risk analysis, the method of predictive assessment of the reliability of human resources. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in a comparative analysis of the methods under consideration, the use of which can facilitate the transition to integrated risk management integrated into the overall management system of business structures combining technical, economic, and organizational aspects.
