Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the impact of digitalization on HR management of modern enterprises, analyze the factors contributing to professional burnout of employees in the context of digital transformation, and develop recommendations for reducing the level of stress load on personnel using the JD-R model. The analysis of the impact of digitalization on HR management, including employee burnout problems, is carried out. Modern digital technologies and their impact on the human resource management system are described. The analysis of the JD-R model in the context of digital transformation is carried out. The main provisions of the JD-R model are considered with an emphasis on its application in the context of digitalization. The relationship between work requirements, resources and the risk of employee burnout is studied. Practical recommendations for reducing stress load and preventing burnout are proposed. Approaches to maintaining the mental health of employees at the stage of digital transformation are developed.
