Abstract

The article, based on an analysis of agricultural events in Europe and the world over the past hundred years, reveals that agricultural policy has not led to a solution to the issue of stable food production. The practice of so-called organic farming did not help resolve the issue. The first people on Earth to be convinced of this were the citizens of Germany, who over the course of a hundred years received convincing arguments about the inadequacy of this direction. The reason is as old as the world. Organic farming does not solve the issue of reproducing natural soil fertility, since it is not a nature-like paradigm of farming.
