Abstract
The conducted research made it possible to substantiate the mechanism of integration of business processes through platform ecosystems as an advanced tool for improving the efficiency, automation and optimization of business structures. A mechanism for integrating business processes has been developed, including choosing an approach to the development and implementation of digital platforms, building the stages of the integration process, and identifying ways to identify and account for risks in the implementation of platform solutions. The reliability of the results obtained is confirmed by the successful practice of using platform ecosystems in solving the problems of integrating business processes in both large businesses and organizations of medium and small businesses.
