Abstract

This article is devoted to the development of tools for the creation of a synergistic approach to change management based on the analysis of synergistic characteristics of the processes of organizational changes in an enterprise in circular economy (CE). CE as a tool for ensuring sustainable development is a priority for Russian enterprises, since it involves the introduction of innovative technologies aimed at reducing waste production, improving environmental safety, increasing new jobs, and economic feasibility. But the transition to the new model requires significant changes in the enterprise management system In the context of the transition of enterprises to a circular economy, the need to introduce organizational changes that imply a global modernization of the management system is increasing. The synergistic approach makes it possible to use additional tools to analyze external and internal factors to further make the right management decisions. The analysis of the synergistic characteristics of the processes of organizational changes of enterprises showed the strengths and weaknesses of the management system of the largest Russian industrial enterprises, making it difficult to implement changes in the management system. The article also proposes measures to implement changes in the enterprise to achieve organizational synergy, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of the organization’s activities in the context of the transition to a circular economy.
