Abstract
The article analyzes the potential of blockchain technologies in the medium-sized business segment in Russia. It identifies key institutional barriers to implementation, including legal uncertainty, lack of platform infrastructure, and low trust. The paper substantiates the need for systemic measures: legal adaptation, ecosystem support development, and improved digital literacy among entrepreneurs.
