Abstract

The presented work examines the complex of risks arising from the company’s interaction with suppliers and their selection. The article presents a mechanism for working with performers and analyzes various types of risks — from global to more specific ones. Considerable attention is paid to legal risks, as well as currency, political and logistical risks caused by the dynamic external environment, sanctions pressure and the relevance of foreign economic activity. Methods for evaluating suppliers are proposed to minimize potential problems. In particular, issues of proper formalization of agreements, insurance and supplier diversification are considered.
