Abstract
The article reflects the essence of strategic management, its structure and impact on the activities of an economic entity, as well as the algorithm of actions. The importance of strategic management in the organization is determined, and a number of urgent problems that have developed in modern conditions within the framework of strategic management are identified. The article also presents the directions and measures necessary to solve each identified problem or to neutralize them, and a general solution to improve the effectiveness of strategic management in the organization. The purpose of the study is to identify current problems in strategic management.
