Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence transforms the fundamental mechanisms of communication in economic and social systems. AI becomes both an intermediary and a participant in interactions, changing the structure and speed of information exchange, reducing transaction costs, while simultaneously creating risks of algorithmic distortion and digital inequality. The article analyzes the directions of influence of intelligent systems on business and everyday communication, including interaction automation, information personalization, changes in labor practices, and transformation of the social environment. Special attention is paid to institutional consequences and regulatory challenges arising in the context of communication algorithmization.
