Abstract

The relevance of a systemic approach in managing the labor potential of an enterprise is determined by the need to integrate strategic, organizational, and behavioral components into a unified management structure. The article explores the theoretical and practical foundations of applying a systemic logic in working with personnel, including the interrelationships between the structure of labor potential, its development mechanisms, and the formation of corporate culture. It is shown that corporate culture acts simultaneously as a result and a tool of systemic labor resource management. Internal behavior regulators, value transmission methods, engagement practices, and organizational environment monitoring tools are analyzed. A framework is proposed for assessing the impact of a systemic approach on the cultural characteristics of an enterprise, taking into account institutional constraints and organizational risks.
