Abstract

Modern industrial enterprises operate in an environment of high external volatility, technological transformation, and institutional instability. This necessitates a revision of management system formation approaches and a shift toward flexible, adaptive, and integrated models. The article analyzes contemporary principles of managing industrial structures, institutional constraints, and the impact of digital technologies and risk factors on the effectiveness of management decisions. It substantiates approaches to synchronizing production and strategic management under Industry 4.0 conditions. Particular attention is paid to the practices of Russian enterprises and the identification of resilience factors in industrial management models.
