Abstract

The purpose of the study. In conditions of personnel shortage, to study the transformation of the theoretical and methodological base on secondary school employment, to consider practical solutions for the successful implementation of school employment in recreational regions of Russia. The article analyzes the specifics of the employment of schoolchildren in the hotel business and ski resort, their rights and obligations, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this activity in the recreational regions of Russia. Special attention is paid to the forms of employment, as well as the positive and negative aspects of the work of schoolchildren. The employment of schoolchildren can take various forms depending on their age, interests, available opportunities and legal requirements. Employment contributes to the financial independence of young people, but it can lead to overwork and a decrease in interest in basic education. Conclusions. A comparative analysis of domestic specialized sources has been carried out through the prism of modern trends in the development and implementation of the state policy of domestic tourism and solving the problems of balancing the demand for labor and its supply in the youth segment of the labor market of the Russian Federation. The paper formalizes verbal and graphical models reflecting the peculiarities of employment of middle and high school students in the hospitality industry in the recreational territories of the Russian Federation. Recommendations have been formulated to balance the personnel deficit, which will make it possible to more actively introduce elements of domestic tourism in recreational regions. The problem of formation of skills and competencies necessary for students on the future career path is considered. An integrated approach to creating safe and sustainable working conditions, respecting the rights of schoolchildren and supporting their initiatives will help ensure balanced employment in the recreational regions of the Russian Federation.
