Abstract
The article considers key vectors of development of innovative technologies in construction design and associated risks of their implementation. The impact of technological progress on the transformation of design processes is analyzed, the main areas of innovation implementation are identified and the limitations that hinder the effective use of modern solutions are detailed. The author substantiates that innovative design goes beyond the modernization of individual tools and forms a new architecture of the industry based on digital logic, knowledge integration, network interaction and flexible adaptation to external challenges. Particular attention is paid to the need to balance between technological renewal and management of emerging risks in order to ensure sustainable development of the construction industry.
