Abstract

The article discusses the algorithm of the risk management system in the customs service of the Russian Federation. The goals and objectives of the risk management system used by customs authorities are outlined. Documentation of the risk management system was studied, namely the World International Standards and Conventions. The main directions of customs activity and the possibility of various types of risks in it were analyzed. Negative consequences of risks in customs activities are listed. Results are presented indicating the main risk factors and positive trends in their reduction. In this regard, the tasks set by the state are being actively implemented, and the risk management system itself will be further improved to prevent various kinds of risks in the customs sphere.
