Abstract

The article presents the experience of developing a pedagogical system reflecting the peculiarities of teaching and professional activity of teachers based on polysubject interaction within an interdisciplinary project group. The purpose of such a polysubject is to preserve and develop and stimulate the professional self–improvement of its specialists not only within the walls of the university, but for a long time and in further professional activity.
Target. To develop a construct as a special form of subject-subject relations in which subjects are united by joint creative activity, manifested in the ability to be active, effective, integrated, able to transform the world around them and themselves, and able to act as an integral subject in relation to the process of self-development.
Methodology and methods. The authors used methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, their abstraction and concretization, comparison, generalization, and the author’s interpretation of psychological and pedagogical literary sources in the field of polysubjective interaction in education.
Purpose. The scientific novelty of the proposed approach is to study the “polysubject” as a phenomenon of professional activity in the digital world, to identify its main properties and characteristics; to study the polysubject of its constituent subjects, to determine the relationship between the concepts of “polysubject” and “polysubject”; in identifying the patterns of professional formation of a specialist in group activities and building a model / concept of professional self-realization (in particular, teachers of physics and computer science) aimed at training professionals of the future technological order.
Practical significance lies in the fact that the main effect of using the construct, which allows one to build a base during the learning process, is that such a polysubject that has developed within the walls of the university continues to function further. Having completed their studies, graduates continue to communicate on the basis of replenishing and modernizing their existing base.
