Abstract
The article examines the volunteer movement among youth, its potential influencing the personal and professional development of student youth. The activity of youth volunteerism helps to stimulate the internal resources of students. The essence of volunteerism in modern Russian society is revealed and analyzed. The socio-pedagogical experience of youth volunteerism in the Lipetsk region is presented on the example of the P.P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky LSPU.
