Abstract
The article analyzes the main characteristics of pedagogical workshops, reveals their impact on the development of key competencies
such as critical thinking, creativity and teamwork.
The purpose of the study is to consider the role of the pedagogical workshop of teachers of the year as an effective platform for the formation
of universal professional competencies among students.
Research methods. The research is based on the methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews, which allows you to get a holistic view
of the learning process and its results.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of knowledge about pedagogical workshops as a unique educational platform
that contributes to the formation of universal professional competencies among students. The work offers new approaches to the organization
of workshops, taking into account current trends in education, and also emphasizes the importance of integrating theory and practice in the
educational process.
The theoretical significance of the research lies in expanding the scientific understanding of the role of pedagogical workshops in the process
of training students and the formation of their professional competencies.
The practical significance lies in the development of recommendations on the organization and conduct of workshops, which can be used by
educational institutions to improve the quality of training of future specialists. The work emphasizes the importance of integrating theoretical
knowledge and practical skills, and also offers recommendations for optimizing the organization of pedagogical workshops.
The results of the study can be used in educational institutions to improve the quality of training of future specialists and adapt to modern
labor market requirements.
