Abstract
Axiologization of Russian education, based on domestic spiritual and moral values and aimed at preserving and strengthening
educational sovereignty, sets the task of preparing the country’s human resources for its socio-economic development. Emphasis on the put
forward priorities actualizes pedagogical research into the problems of educating the younger generation and forming its civic identity,
increasing the importance of the teaching staff, focused on the tasks of developing its unity and integrity.
Materials and methods. Information from scientific sources and regulatory documents on the topic of the work was used as materials for the
study. The study used theoretical methods of analysis and generalization, as well as analytical methods in the process of extrapolation and
logical comparison of information.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the genesis and substantiate the principles of professional development of integral pedagogical teams of
schools, reflecting the conceptual foundations in the organization, management and implementation of training and education in the context
of the value paradigm.
The novelty of the study is represented by the substantiation of the continuity and succession of historically established traditional domestic
general pedagogical principles with developed specific value-oriented principles aimed at developing the unity and integrity of pedagogical
teams of schools.
