Abstract
The article considers forms and methods of risk-oriented thinking in the system of continuous competence improvement of a specialist
of metrological service. It is shown that the risk competence of an expert-metrologist represents an integrated personal quality, determining
the employee’s ability to prevent negative consequences of innovation activity, predict the successful development of the enterprise, Minimize
the risks of innovation and optimize innovation processes according to the needs and real capabilities of the organization. The prospective
application of procedure for management of metrological processes in the quality management system by specially trained experts based on
a risk-oriented approach is justified.
Purpose. To justify the need for training and development of skills to target metrological risks in a system of continuous competence
improvement in order to achieve high quality and safety of the products produced.
Methods and methods. The study used a content analysis of scientific publications and regulatory documentation on risk-based approach in
industrial quality management, as well as a comparative analysis of existing approaches to risk-oriented thinking.
Theoretical significance. The importance of developing the ability to manage risks in the professional competence of a modern local psychologist
was identified. This requires the use of modern innovative teaching methods that promote risk thinking.
Practical significance. The author answers the problematic question of what the teacher needs to do to form a relationship between Concepts of
risk thinking of metrologists are formulated, as well as a system for continuous improvement of competence of metrological services specialists.
The results of the study can be useful in designing educational programs aimed at developing and developing risk management skills in the
process of preparing for metrology in higher education institutions, as well as in the framework of additional professional education for
qualification improvement to achieve compliance with modern requirements of high-tech production and increase the competitiveness of
metrology specialists on the labor market.
