Abstract

The article examines the problem of searching for the organization of modern educational projects in the system of additional education in choreography. The relevance of the problem is determined by the need to assess the existing experience of organizing educational projects by searching for and implementing innovative approaches.
Purpose. The purpose of the study is to establish the main innovative approaches to the organization of modern educational projects in the system of additional education in choreography.
Results. Obtaining additional education in choreography is an important part of the professional development of a specialist and an opportunity for creative self-realization of an individual at different age stages. In the system of additional choreographic education, there is a need for optimization in the conditions of non-standard situations and constant changes in society’s demands for a specialist in the field of education.
Additional professional programs should not only be accessible, but also understandable and interesting for the audience of future listeners. The most effective are those based on innovation, i.e. compliance with modern requirements and changes aimed at improving the existing state of a particular educational problem. A conclusion is made about the need to match approaches to the organization of educational projects with the innovative development of the economy and the modern needs of society.
Scientific novelty lies in identifying the main approaches to the organization of modern additional educational projects in the field of choreography. It has been established that one of the leading approaches is the process approach.
Practical significance. The materials of the work can be used to analyze current modern educational projects.
