Abstract

The negative impact on the environment as a result of human activities is increasingly becoming the nature of combined pollution with ecotoxicants, including xenobiotics of radiation and chemical nature. When conducting livestock breeding in ecologically disadvantaged regions, sorption-detoxification technologies based on the integrated use of bioprotective substances of various origins are used to reduce xenobiotic intake and accumulate xenobiotics, normalize the physiological state of animals and obtain safe products. The development of the compositions of such sorption-detoxifying complexes follows, observing certain principles that ensure the compatibility of the components, a wide range of bioprotective effects, effectiveness and safety in their use. The article substantiates the criteria that must be followed when creating sorption-detoxifying complexes, and presents groups of drugs with different mechanisms of action (sorbents, antioxidants, immunomodulators, adaptogens, and other biologically active substances) for inclusion in the formulations of combined formulations.
