Abstract

The article provides information on the effectiveness of the use of the drug Effectisan in the laboratory. As a result of the studies, it was found that the test drug has high antimicrobial activity. The in vitro preparation is effective in concentrations from 0,2 to 1,0% against E. coli pcs. 1257, S. aureus pcs. 209-P, Mycobacterium pcs. B-5, B. cereus pcs. 96. With wet disinfection at a concentration of 0,5% and a consumption rate of 350 ml / m2, the preparation has a pronounced disinfection activity against E. coli, S. aureus when applied to surfaces made of various materials (the quality of disinfection was carried out by the presence or absence of in washout growth of test cultures). At a concentration of 2,0% and a consumption rate of 350 ml / m2, Effectisan has a pronounced disinfection activity in the processing of objects and in controlling the quality of disinfection for the isolation of cultures of Mycobacterium tuberculosis pcs.
