Abstract

For the first time on the basis of comprehensive research, the zootechnical feasibility of using the developed biological products Prevention-N-A and Prevention-N-E in beef production technology to realize the biological resource potential of meat qualities of black-and-white bulls has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally proved. Against the background of the use of biological products, activation of the growth and development of gobies during periods of growing, growing and fattening was established, which led to higher slaughter and meat qualities of carcasses and, as a result, the yield of valuable cuts increased. The proven quality of meat carcasses by organoleptic, biochemical and spectrometric indicators and, therefore, the safety of the tested drugs. It was established that the realization of the bioresource potential of the body of gobies was caused by the activation of hematopoiesis, cellular and humoral factors of non-specific resistance to biological preparations.
