Abstract

The article considers the issue of detecting residual amounts of coccidiostatics in chicken eggs. The prospects and relevance of using the highly sensitive method based on Randox microchip technology to determine this indicator are shown. Alcohol solutions with a mass concentration of 100 μg / ml were prepared from the pure substances of coccidiostatics. To determine the sensitivity of the method, a number of solutions of coccidiostatics in deionized water were prepared and mixed with a pre-homogenized egg. The sensitivity of the method was determined from 0,2 to 90,0 μg / l, depending on the analyte. When you can determine simultaneously in one sample of eggs the residual amount of 19 coccidiostatics.
