Abstract
The unregulated use of antibiotics for the treatment of infectious diseases of bees can lead to their accumulation in beekeeping products, in particular in wax. Based on the studies, the operating modes of the method for determining the residual amounts of oxytetracycline in wax were tested using the Charm-2 analyzer, which is based on the RIA method. Experimental data have been obtained that testify to its suitability and prospects of use for wide practical use in beeswax safety control system. The sensitivity of the method to the antibiotic oxytetracycline is 20 μg / kg with a confidence of 95%.
