Abstract

Veterinary and sanitary rules for pedigree fish farms, widely used in pedigree farms of different directions, are the basis of their epizootic well-being. In connection with the development of fishery technologies and modern environmental, technological and veterinary and sanitary requirements, the previously approved document requires additions and updates. An analysis of the comments and suggestions made by the specialists of the breeding farms (sturgeon, trout and cyprinidae) in order to improve their ecological and epizootic safety and the subsequent updating of the document “Veterinary and sanitary rules for pedigree fish farms” made it possible to summarize them and present them in the form of additions. They reflect veterinary-sanitary and other anti-epizootic measures not indicated earlier in the document and indicators of environmental and technological standards (conditions of keeping, feeding and density of planting). Updating the veterinary-sanitary rules (taking into account the veterinary-sanitary, veterinary and environmental-technological additions identified so far and subsequently) and their application will increase the ecological and epizootic safety of breeding farms and reduce losses of farmed fish products.
