Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the affliction of various types of raw materials for the production of animal feed (meal, meal, gluten, animal flour, protein-vitamin-mineral supplements, skim milk substitute) with Penicillium mushrooms. According to the data obtained, 43 of the 48 studied samples were contaminated with these fungi, among which the species P. cyclopium, P. palitans, and P. chrysogenum dominated.
