Abstract
An associated vaccine was developed and tested in laboratory animals against rota-, coronavirus infection, and Escherichia diarrhea of newborn calves, based on the use of domestic strains of rotavirus RM, coronavirus KL-2, and a suspension of purified adhesive antigens K99, F41, Att25 obtained from epizootic E. coli strains . The prepared preparation has pronounced antigenic properties and promotes the formation of specific antibodies in the blood serum of guinea pigs, rats and rabbits.
