Abstract

The article scientifically substantiates the modes of disinfection of organic waste based on litter in the thermal method of their processing in vacuum. The experiments to determine the disinfection regimes of organic livestock wastes during their thermal processing method were carried out in a Vacuum EcoDry drying chamber loaded with a prepared initial organic substrate in which test objects contaminated with a suspension of microorganisms of various groups were placed: E. coli, S. aureus - 209 P, atypical strain of mycobacteria B-5 and B. cereus. The results were evaluated by the survival of test cultures after vacuum heat treatment (drying) of organic waste. Disinfection of organic animal waste during the technological process of their vacuum drying is achieved at a temperature in the installation of 75 ° C or more, a pressure of 75 ... 80 mm. Hg. Art., exposure for at least 50 minutes and allows you to get a sanitary-safe product for their processing.
