Abstract

The state of soil microbiocenosis in the zone of increased technogenic pollution was studied. The studies were carried out in four farms of the Voronezh region, one of which is located at a distance of 30 km from the enterprise for the production of mineral fertilizers and three - 5 ... 10 km from it. The sanitary and bacteriological state of the soil was assessed in spring, summer and autumn by the total number of bacteria in 1,0 g, coli titer and perfringence titer, and the agrobiological state by the content of nitrifying and ammonifying bacteria. It has been established that toxicants emitted in the form of steam into the external environment by a mineral fertilizer production plant significantly worsen the sanitary and agrobiological condition of the soil, especially in farms located near the source of contamination.
