Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of microbiological and physico-chemical parameters of wastewater in modes I and II of categories in transport (containers for various purposes, vehicles), which was used to transport livestock cargo. Studies have made it possible to establish the presence of significant mechanical pollution and microflora of various groups in these wastewaters. Production tests were conducted under the control of their disinfection modes using test cultures of S. aureus (pcs. 209-P), B. cereus (pcs. 96) and microorganisms of the genus Bacillus. As a disinfectant used Hyponate-BPO, created on the basis of sodium hypochlorite (components No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). An application for a patent of the Russian Federation has been filed for the drug and its method of use.
