Abstract

The first created own database of VIEV (VIEV database) of nucleotide sequences of the VLCCR pol gene with different geographical localization of the pathogen, an array of which is 56 nucleotide sequences, was characterized. The homogeneity of the studied VLCRC population was found for the pol gene, intra-group evolutionary distances were revealed, and the degree of intragroup divergence for the pol gene was on average 2%. When gaining new knowledge about the genetic structure of the identified VLCCR population, the VIEV database is regularly updated and updated, the characterized VLCCR isolates are registered in the international database - GenBank. Thus, 101 nucleotide sequences were deposited. Creating a database is caused by the need to quickly and accurately analyze a large amount of molecular data in order to increase the effectiveness of molecular genetic monitoring and surveillance of retroviral infection.
