Abstract

Experimental data have been obtained: on improving recreational activities in cattle leukemia using a real-time multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR-RV) developed on the basis of the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution of the Federal Scientific Research Center for Veterinary and Epidemiology of the Russian Academy of Sciences; by the level of perinatal infection of young animals in a dysfunctional economy (5,6%); the relative sensitivity of PCR when compared with serological diagnostics (an excess of 3,4 times). Effective detection of VLCC DNA by the proposed method will be widely used both in the diagnosis of VLCC in the early stages of the disease for the formation of a herd-free retroviral infection in livestock farms of the country as an effective tool for controlling biological risks, and in conducting scientific research to detect the genetic material of the cattle leukemia virus cattle by PCR-RV.
