Abstract

The article presents the results of laboratory experiments to determine the phenolic coefficient and protein index of the compositional disinfectant Giponat-BPO, proposed for use in veterinary practice for the purpose of disinfection of objects of veterinary surveillance. Laboratory tests of the new multicomponent preparation Giponat-BPO found that its solution is 4,815 times more effective than phenol in relation to the test culture of E. coli pcs. 1257. It has been shown that the effectiveness of the new compositional disinfectant Giponat-BPO in the presence of high molecular weight protein is reduced by 2,13 times. Thus, as a result of the studies, the high efficacy of the drug was established, which indicates the feasibility of further studies to study the disinfectant Giponat-BPO.
