Abstract

The article considers the problem of recycling waste from the Mikhnevskaya poultry farm. The work program provided for the continuation of research on the development of a pond wastewater treatment system in biological treatment ponds. As one of the options, the systems of BOX ponds (biological oxidation contact stabilization ponds) and ponds with higher aquatic vegetation as a system for the treatment of sewage, as well as the use of fish ponds, were proposed. The development of devices for de-eutrification of wastewater disinfected in BOX ponds has begun. As measures that contributed to improving the purification of water to be discharged into the environment, an attempt was made to introduce at the final stages of purification the algobacterial complex, higher aquatic vegetation, and fish stock. The “Mikhnevskaya” poultry factory of the Stupinsky district of the Moscow region was examined and the conditions for the formation of wastewater were studied. Model experiments were carried out at the poultry farm in laboratory and semi-production conditions, directly in the laboratory of the institute at the facility. In the course of experimental studies, it was found that in the ponds, under the influence of the algological complex of microalgae, the process of cleaning and disinfection of poultry was in progress. The total death of pathogenic bacteria of the E. coli group occurred on the 6 ... 11th day after the introduction of microalgae into the water of the algal pond, which does not contradict the available data. At the same time, an increase in fish stock was observed, which was sufficiently provided with fodder and reached 410 g by the fall.
