Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the bactericidal activity of new composite preparations. The synergistic effect of the components of the drugs has been established. The formulation of the new Nick-Vetprofi disinfectant with the maximum synergistic effect against microbial cells of E. coli and S. aureus was determined. The synergistic effect of the components in the samples of Nick-Vetprofi 1 and 2 was established. The maximum synergistic effect with respect to E. coli 1257 and S. aureus 209P. achieved in a combination of Nika-Vetprofi-2 components. Tests of the disinfecting effect of Nika-Vetprofi-2 in laboratory and production conditions have shown that the drug has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity and can be used as a disinfectant for veterinary use.
