Abstract

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of improving the veterinary and sanitary state of dairy enterprises. Satisfactory quality and food safety of products is a necessary minimum of consumer requirements. The search for ways to improve production and working conditions will always remain relevant both for the dairy industry and for any other. The following methods were used in the work: general logical, observation, comparison, practical methods. In the course of the work done, it was revealed that the introduction of work procedures, sanitary audits, and visualization using “lessons on one sheet” help to improve the veterinary and sanitary state of dairy production. A practical proposal is to introduce work procedures, “lessons on one sheet”, as well as continuous sanitary audits everywhere to improve the sanitary and hygienic condition of enterprises.
