The article discusses the pathogenicity factors of some pathogens of mastitis Str. pyogenes, Str. agalactiae, Str. disgalactiae, S. aureus. Streptococci have virulence factors such as capsule, fimbriae (M-proteins), toxins, enzymes, and staphylococci are able to form microcapsules and biofilms, adhesins, enzymes, toxins, etc. Modern means of specific prevention are represented by polyvalent vaccines, which often include inactivated vaccines causative agents of the genera Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Escherichia.
