Abstract

Among helminth infections, the greatest prevalence in the Russian Federation, especially in the Central Federal District, in private household farms, has been acquired by swine ascariasis. In a comparative aspect, the degree of invasion presents the results of laboratory experiments to determine the biological value and possible toxicity of pig meat infested with ascaris using the express method for assessing toxicological and biological parameters using the Tetrachimen pyrimiformis test culture (strain WH14).

Keywords

biological assessment, toxicological and biological indicators, ascariasis, a comparative assessment of the degree of invasion of tetrachimen pyrimiformis.
