Abstract

The article presents data on the enzymatic activity of culture fluid filtrates of B. subtilis TNP-3 and B. subtilis TNP-5 strains isolated from the permafrost soil of Yakutia, and their combinations. The results obtained indicate that these strains and their combination in the process of growth produce enzymes: amylase and cellulase (up to 40 PIECES / dm3), protease (80 PIECES / dm3), which seem promising when developing enzymatic components in the composition of medicinal sanitary and hygiene products used in agriculture, medicine, veterinary medicine and environmental protection.
