Abstract

The article presents the results of laboratory studies and production tests of the developed disinfection regimes for slaughter and primary cattle processing at slaughterhouses. As a result of laboratory and production tests, it was found that the disinfectant Giponat-BPO provides 100% disinfection of the premises of slaughter and primary cattle processing shops, as well as equipment at slaughterhouses. Thus, it was determined that surface disinfection during control according to test cultures of E. coli and S. aureus was achieved with a drug consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 90 min.
