Abstract

Modern industrial milk processing, based on high-tech processes, places high demands on its quality. The article presents the results of laboratory experiments on the sensitivity of the method of GOST 23454-2016 to antibiotics from the group of fluoroquinolones. The method itself states that chloramphenicol-related levomycetin is determined at a concentration of 5 mg / dm3. But there are no references at all to the group of fluoroquinolones. The following sensitivity for quinolones was determined experimentally using the Streptococcus thermophilus B19 test culture method and the resazurin indicator in an analysis of ten drugs as an example: enrofloxacin from 0,01 to 1 mg / dm3, levofloxacin, marbofloxacin and moxifloxacin 0,1 mg / dm3. We determined the same sensitivity for several chloramphenicol – 0,1 mg / dm3.
